Rewind diameter is 20" with top rider rollers 24" without top rider rollers. 3" aluminum rewind mandrels for core spacer differential tension control. Has four zone tension control for running up to four different slit widths at the same time. This 635 is equipped for wrap or tangent shear cutting with shaft mounted male knives (can be changed to razor slitting). Pull rolls and idlers are cork wrapped. 42” integral unwind with Fife P-50 edge guide and 3” unwind shafts.

This 635 is equipped for razor slitting with hex bar razor holders cutting in a groove roller, but can easily be set up for shear slitting. 30” integral unwind with bow roller or 34" if we remove the bow roller. It is equip with a Fife CDP-01 edge/line guide and 3” unwind shafts.

This 635 is equipped for wrap shear cutting with shaft mounted male knives (can be changed to razor slitting). Pull rolls and idlers are wrapped with waffle rubber lagging. 30” integral unwind with manual edge guiding. 3” unwind shaft, a shaft with 6” chucks is available at an extra cost.
